*3 second pause in the bottom of each rep
*Start at 50-60% and work up only if you can

A2) DB Strict Press 5×8 (seated or standing)

B) 4 Rounds of 3:00 on/1:00 off
10 box jumps
10 single arm db snatch alternating (heavy)
