CrossFit Rohnert Park Schedule of CrossFit & Fitness Classes
CrossFit Rohnert Park offers classes for athletes of all levels, including beginners! CrossLight is a great class for beginners and people new to fitness, weight-lifting or working out in general. Our dedicated team of coaches carefully design the Workout of the Day (WOD) for the CrossFit classes everyday. These workouts are posted daily to our Workout of The Day blog.
